By accessing, browsing, or using the IRA Cabs website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.

 2.⁠ ⁠Services Provided

IRA Cabs provides a platform for customers to book taxi rides on-demand or schedule them for later. The services include:

Ride Booking: Book a taxi for immediate or scheduled travel.

Payment Processing: Payments via card, UPI, and cash.

Live Ride Tracking: Track your ride in real-time using Google Maps.

Ride History: View your past rides and payment details.

Ratings & Reviews: Rate drivers and provide feedback on your experience.


 3.⁠ ⁠User Account

Registration: To use our services, customers must create an account with accurate information (name, email, phone number, etc.).

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.


 4.⁠ ⁠Booking a Ride

Ride Request: After booking, you will receive confirmation of your ride request based on driver availability.

Fare Estimate: Fares are calculated based on the distance traveled at ₹12 per km, subject to changes in traffic, route, or additional charges for special requests.

Payment: Payments are to be made through the available payment methods (Card, UPI, or Cash) before or at the end of the ride.

Ride Changes or Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your ride as long as you follow the cancellation policy.


 5.⁠ ⁠Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Ensure all details (pickup location, drop-off point, etc.) are accurate at the time of booking.

Ride Conduct: You are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers.

Payments: You agree to pay for the services rendered, including any applicable fees, taxes, or additional charges.

No Illegal Activity: You agree not to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or disruptive activities.


 6.⁠ ⁠Pricing and Payment

Fare Calculation: The standard fare is ₹12 per km, calculated based on the actual route taken during the ride.

Surge Pricing: In some cases, surge pricing may apply during periods of high demand. The final fare will reflect this.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Razorpay (Card & UPI) and Cash.

Payment Confirmation: Once payment is processed, a receipt will be sent to your registered email.


 7.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel a ride at no charge if done before the driver arrives at the pickup location. A cancellation fee may apply if the ride is canceled after the driver has arrived.

Refunds: Refunds are canceled if you set the buffer time for cancellation. Refund requests will be handled according to this setting.

Refund Process: Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the ride in case of issues caused by the service.


 8.⁠ ⁠Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect personal data to facilitate ride bookings, payment processing, and customer support. By using our services, you consent to this collection and usage of data.

Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but are not liable for unauthorized access.

Service Availability: While IRA Cabs strives to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruptions or errors.

No Liability for Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors or map services.
